Ways We Can Work Together
There is no single way to navigate life's struggles, and there is no single way to experience therapy. Whether you're working through something individually, navigating relationship dynamics, or looking for connection with others, therapy can offer space to better understand yourself and the experiences shaping your life.
All of these services will be under the supervision Dr Jennifer Vasquez, LCSW-S at Inspired Practice, LLC
Individual therapy offers room to explore your emotions, relationships, identity, and the patterns that shape how you move through the world. Together, we can work toward understanding what you're experiencing, developing tools that fit your needs, and finding ways to navigate challenges in life without losing sight of yourself in the process
Individual Therapy
Sometimes, it can be meaningful to recognize parts of your experience in someone else's story. Group therapy offers opportunities for shared learning, connection, and practicing new ways of navigating challenges alongside others. Groups may explore emotional regulation, identity, neurodivergence, chronic illness, or the pressures of meeting expectations that leave little room for being human.
Group Therapy
Relationships can bring up vulnerability, unmet needs, and patterns that are difficult to navigate alone. Couples therapy offers space to explore communication, understand recurring conflicts, and better recognize how each person's experiences shape the relationship. Together, we can work toward more intentional communication, emotional understanding, and connection.
COuples Therapy
Families hold shared histories, cultural values, unspoken expectations, and different ways of expressing care. Family therapy offers an opportunity to explore these dynamics, navigate communication challenges, and understand how individual experiences affect the family as a whole. The goal is to create space for each person's perspective while working toward healthier ways of relating.
